If you touch the corner to reveal the map options, "Report a Problem" is next to "Data from TomTom and others." You can report incorrect search results, incorrect street labels, missing location (POI) or problems with directions.


If by chuckling you mean, "Ensuring I never do business with this company in the future." The open letter makes them come across as jerks. The P.S. makes them look like assholes.


I was with them until the P.S. -- that's just creepy.

Oracle used to use a similar fractal curve system for their spatial index, but has since moved to R-trees.

I believe MongoDB is using a geohash system for their spatial queries as well.
