There is no way you are serious, it's just a piece of paper. You can't compare it to one of the most famous websites.
It can pretty easily go both ways. The Mona Lisa have been a cultural icon for a long time, but Twitter has had a massive influence on culture since it's inception.
There are other similarities with Elon’s Twitter too. It’s hard to tell where the Mona Lisa is looking or what’s going on with her. There is a strange fog in the background and some scorched earth.
Seeing as Art is riddled with subjectivity, you absolutely could. And calling twitter “just a website” is disingenuous as it facilitates real-time global communication and a scale not previously reached by humans. I personally never used twitter, but I still respect what they built.
Yeah, jokes are touchy. People commonly feel that it detracts from interesting conversation. In practice, there are sometimes “allowed” jokes; otherwise timing it later after the post at least garners fewer downvotes.
If there is more interest I would be willing to host a public instance, but it doesn’t seem like this is getting the attention to make it worth setting it up.
As soon as I saw this was put on the steam store I knew it was a matter of time until it was removed. Im surprised that Retro Arch has been on the store this long, probably because it doesn’t have any emulator cores for modern systems
I’ve gotten used Lenovo ThinkCenters for $30 on eBay. Sure they’re used and have a 3rd generation i3, but it’s the best budget home server option out there! They can easily replace whatever done on a pi and even more.
Got to love used office equipment! I’m a big Optiplex fan and I use one as my daily personal pc for everything. I use ThinkCenters for most of my Homelab due to the fact that I’ve found them the cheapest, but I use Optiplexs when I need something stronger. But I’ve never used an Elite Desk in a homelab, how do they compare to Optiplexs and ThinkCenters?
I've never been a big fan of HP, but they seem to be roughly equivalent to the Optiplexes. The lab I used to work in had dozens of them and they seemed to run just fine without complaints.
That’s good to know, I guess that the shitty HP build quality only applies to consumer intended products. Just another example of why refurbished or used enterprise equipment is the way to go.Thanks!
