Mumble has a terrible user experience, especially for non technical users. It also covers a really small subset of discord features, the Voice Chat.
Don't missundertand me, on a technical level Mumble is impressive and can do voice channels with thousands of participants, but on the clientside its just a mess.
Just a nit pick, its not at the supreme court, its at the highest court (Oberster Gerichtshof), the court below the supreme court, the Verfassungsgerichtshof.
That's patently false. The Austrian judiciary is divided into general courts and courts of public law. The "Oberster Gerichtshof" is not "below" the supreme court, it's the highest court of a different branch.
The issue is really that the entire feed went buggy from all the comments, even the inbuilt too, which they are probably using called AutoModerator has delays of over 10 minutes and more instead of being instant.
The article talks about virtual machines as a subset of memory encryption. It also specifically says "ephemeral keys". Not ones that would be preserved across a shutdown.
What is encrypted on a powered-off server that the CPU knows the key to?
