China operates a massive green hydrogen and ammonia facility in Chifeng, which is powered entirely by off-grid wind and solar. The site already produces 320,000 tonnes of green ammonia annually.
This is going to be the century of China...
In contrast, this Minnesotan plant aims to scale up to 300 tonnes a year some day.
This is nonsense, the vast majority of critical CVEs are trivial to fix once you spot them. It's very rare that you have something like spectre where the solution is non-obvious: most of them are shit like "delete a `free`" or "put the `goto fail` in braces".
Except that obesity happens in large part because we eat too many things (highly processed junk food, sugar added to everything, and All The Carbs) that are dense in macronutrients but sparse in micronutrients.
That lack of micronutrients leaves us undernourished and with cravings (that tend to get misdirected into more junk food) despite consuming far more calories than we need.
Foods that are dense in micronutrients are precisely what we need more of.
The trouble being that the junk food is not what’s likely to be replaced by organ meats.
