I believe it's discharged basically half directly into the venous system in the neck, the other half goes through the lymphatic/glymphatic system and ultimately also the venous system in the neck. That being said, that's just based on our very crude understandings and I'm sure there are other pathways.
There were a few soft recommendations. It is not, there is no tradition of parlimentary supremacy in canada like britian has. The courts do strike down laws invoking the notwithstanding clause for being unconstitutional.
If you exclude Quebec,laws invoking the notwithstanding clause have been struck down by courts more often then they have succesfully been used.
The globe used to fall on the conservative side of things, now honestly the Toronto star is more to the right than the globe. Both got bought by new owners in the last decade and it shows.
